"Alissa is really sweet with kids. She would take initiative and make the kids lunch or if the get dirty during the day she makes sure they take a shower or gets a bath. She loves Disney so watching the movies repeatedly doesn't bother her. Alissa is very attentive when she needs to be and also knows when to say when enough is enough if the kids start to argue or fight. She's go it handled.
