"Alissa is really sweet with kids. She would take initiative and make the kids lunch or if the get dirty during the day she makes sure they take a shower or gets a bath. She loves Disney so watching the movies repeatedly doesn't bother her. Alissa is very attentive when she needs to be and also knows when to say when enough is enough if the kids start to argue or fight. She's go it handled. She has a lot of years of experience and I will alway trust her with my kids. She's really good with my kids and my kids love her. I trust her completely with my kids."
