I have babysat for 5 years. 3 of those years were experience with my little brother. I have basically raised him. I watched him everyday during the summer when he was a newborn as a 13 year old up until he was 3 he started going to daycare. The other two years i babysat a 5 and 6 year old. I know how to make bottles, clean diapers, make food, entertain, etc.

One of my most favorite moments babysitting has to be when I was fishing with one of the kids I babysat. We were at this pond for almost 2 hours just trying to catch one fish. I kept asking and asking if he wanted to leave but everytime he said “not until we catch a fishy” eventually he finally got one and it was the tiniest fish I had ever seen, but that boy was so determined to catch it and he did. He was so so happy, he bragged for days about it. I just love seeing determined little kids and watching them overcome struggles they might have.
