Hey there! I'm Alix, an early childhood education teacher.
Currently, I work with toddlers as a lead teacher and also spend time with pre-K kiddos. However, I'm looking to transition to a childcare role in an in-home setting that prioritizes learning, creativity, and play in a less stressful environment.
As a single mom, I want to utilize my skills while creating a positive and nurturing space for children to grow, learn, and have fun.
I've been recognized by my directors for being consistently engaged enthusiastic with the kids. Building a strong bond with each child is my top priority in order to meet their emotional, physical, and educational needs. However, my 19-month daughter will be with me every other week, so it's important for a family to be open to that arrangement. I believe it can be a valuable experience fostering social learning and interaction.
