The most important thing about being a Nanny, is making sure that the child or children feel comfortable around the Nanny. The kids feel more comfortable and will have an open relationship where they can also talk to the Nanny as well as the parents.

The best thing to myself is when a child looks at me and says Miss Allison thank you. I love it. I know the child is happy, and just enjoys what they are doing, and that is what I am there to do. Make sure the children are safe and happy.
