My name is Allison Debalsi I am 18 years old and I have been working in the early childhood field since the starting age of 16. I work at a day care currently full time and I nanny for 2 little girls on the side I also do a lot of part time baby sitting for multiple children at my day care. I want to start going into full time nannying and no longer continue at my day care. I would be available 7 days a week night or day. I have been around children my whole life I have 6 siblings which gave me a good understanding for children before going into this field and I enjoy every second of it!
