I have nannied over the summer for a 2-year-old boy and gained toddler experience as well as managing around the household. I worked as a camp counselor at an overnight camp ranging in ages from 5-14, specializing with the littles (ages 5-8) and taking charge of the fine arts department. I also worked at a music shop specifically for renting instruments to elementary through high school kids; I have worked in many different environments with children, keeping them engaged in all the outside world has to offer.
