A little bit about me

I am an eighteen-year-old Christian woman who has recently graduated from high school. My hobbies include arts and crafts, writing, reading, and theater. Throughout my four years of high school I did eight performances and still really enjoy singing, dancing, and preforming. I also really enjoy spending time with children. I have my drivers and a reliable form of transportation. I don’t smoke and I’m good with being around pets. I am CPR and first aid certified as well. I am willing to help where I am needed, including light house work. I am not willing to do laundry or run errands unless it relates to the needs of the children. Before starting a job, I would like to have a meeting so we can officially meet and I can understand what your requirements and scheduling include. It would also be great to know the layout of the house and what any boundaries there are so I don’t accidentally cross them.

My favorite memorable moment I’ve had with children is probably the last day of Vacation Bible School. By that time, you and the kids had grown really close and they’ve begun to see you as a roll model and you’ve begun to grow an attachment to them. So the last day is always a bitter sweet moment because they’re going to miss you and the memories you’ve made with them. Yet, you’re sending them off into the school year with a new understanding of the Bible and with exciting new memories. With also the understanding that you’ll see them again in the following year and they’re excited to see you as unexpectedly as their group leader again.
