More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I have 5 years of nanny experience caring for children from infants through teenagers, including twins, multiple children at a time, and children with Autism. As a nanny, my responsibilities have included creating daily routines, preparing meals, transportation, planning activities and outings, helping with homework, children’s laundry and organization, and supporting their emotional and developmental needs.
I also have 6 years of experience as a Behavioral Therapist at Minnesota Autism Center, where I worked with children with Autism on communication, behavior, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Mental Health Technician for nearly a year and a half, working with children and adolescents, facilitating groups focused on emotional regulation and coping skills.

The most important part about being a nanny...
As a nanny, I believe the most important aspect of my role is creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for the children in my care. I prioritize building strong and trusting relationships with the children, fostering their creativity and independence, and providing them with emotional support and guidance. Effective communication with both the children and their parents is crucial for maintaining a positive and collaborative caregiving experience.
