Hi! I’m Amanda. I graduated college with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, and I currently work full-time in HR. Before transitioning into my HR career, I worked as a nanny for over 10 years, so I have extensive experience caring for children of different ages and supporting busy families.

Even though I now work in HR, I still really enjoy working with children and would love to find a part-time or occasional babysitting position outside of my regular work schedule. I’m dependable, caring, patient, and organized, and I’m looking forward to connecting with a great family!

I have over 10 years of professional childcare experience working as a nanny for families with children ranging in age from 3 to 18. My responsibilities included providing daily care, preparing meals and snacks, helping with routines, transportation, activities, light household tasks, and making sure the children were safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I also worked closely with parents to follow their schedules, preferences, and household routines. My years of experience have helped me become patient, dependable, organized, and comfortable adapting to the different needs of each child and family.

I enjoy doing a variety of activities with kids depending on their age and interests. I like arts and crafts, baking, playing games, going to the park, taking walks, watching movies, reading, and doing fun outdoor activities. With older kids, I also enjoy talking, helping with homework, going on outings, and finding activities that match their interests. I like keeping kids engaged while also making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and have fun.
