My experience with special needs children...
My grandmother was special needs so she taught me a lot when it comes to patience. One of my siblings is also special needs as we cannot wal talk or move his hands caring for him has taught me a lot and also my cousin who was born premature having to go through speech therapy and being behind in school I also helped him a lot with stepping his grades all he needed was some extra love and attention and someone who understood patience being that he also does have ADHD and dyslexia so his learning style and Technique will be different... but I created a plan of action with him and a ton of rewards for him... because celebrating every small win means that he will duplicate that level of success
