I think the most important part about being a nanny is that making sure the kids are comfortable and safe with you making sure you meet there needs and expectations making kids laugh and feel comfortable also understanding kids emotions, and how each kid operates and understanding them most importantly, I think patience is also a big important roll In being a nanny also showing up on time making sure the parents are comfortable in leaving there kids with you making them feel safe also.
