The most important part about being a nanny is being able to be a support system to a family and their children. I always resonated with the saying "it takes a village to raise a child" because I really think it helps a child to have different support systems and social experiences with teachers, parents, nannies, and more who are all there to be there for them and celebrate new life experiences with them.
