My favorite "nanny moment" was when I was in swim lessons, this one child was clearly struggling at the beginning of the year. Now, we get to swim into the deep end together with pool noodles. I occasionally see him at the pool with his parents. It truly was a rewarding moment, it's what makes this job meaningful to me.
