My experience with special needs children...
One child on the autism spectrum. He was non verbal but during the 3 years working with him he started to talk fluently and his episodes were fading away. I also taught him to go potty and I was doing meal prep and playing everyday with him.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I really love the bond that I create with my children while I take care of them. They really mean the world to me and I always give them the love and attention they deserve.
I teach them a lot of things while they enjoy my company and the activities we do. And parents love my care. They are always so grateful for all the things I do in my job.
