A little bit about me

Hello!! I'm Andrea! I have 32 years of experience caring for newborns all the way well into their adulthood that have ADHD. I started helping care for my cousin (he's 32 now) when I was 3. At 9 I started helping with my little sister's (she's 29 now) schooling due to her needing all the help she could get managing her dyslexia. At 12 I started helping more with my little brother (he's 24 now) who has PDD Autism, ADHD, OCD, & ODD. I am now the proud momma of an amazing 8 year old that has ADHD combo & is a Level 2 Autistic. When she was diagnosed with Autism she was a Level 3 nonverbal. She now speaks in full sentences & is doing great with using her cooping & grounding skills that I have taught her. I have worked in home health care since 2018 & in nursing homes/rehabilitation centers/RCFs since 2021. I am able to give meds (liquid, pill, inhaled, or injections), use a hoyer lift (electric or manual), CPR & first aide trained, diabetic health trained, & Alzheimer's spectrum specialty.
