The kids call me Miss Anddy! :) I am fun, loving, crafty, and high-spirited. My skills include tutoring, cooking, cleaning, and organization. I am interested in indoor and outdoor activities alike, and I love inventing creative ways to learn and have fun simultaneously. I also speak some Spanish. I have experience with caring for multiple children at once since the age of nine, and I also have experience with children of all ages, mostly infants to preschool-aged and teenagers. I am also good with pets. I was a nanny, occasional sitter, daycare worker, camp counselor, English teacher, Sunday School teacher, and school interventionist. I have a master's degree and extensive background in psychology, which includes therapeutic practices, research, testing, teaching, and childcare. My lifetime goal is to improve the overall well-being of children by nurturing every area of their lives.

While I was in school pursuing my master's degree, one of my kids asked, "When you graduate, will you become a real adult?" Haha! I was so tickled.

I was a nanny for twin seven-year-olds, a girl and a boy. Sometimes they would fight over who gets to sit in my "nest" - which is the place behind my bended knees - when we cuddled on the couch. Although I did not like it when they argued and we always found a solution, it secretly makes me happy that they love me that much!
