When they teach me funny and witty sayings that I've never heard before like (sharing is caring or old timers) and can debate me on a decision. I like it when children have their opinions and are not afraid to be themselves and express their voice. Sometimes you just have to agree to disagree sometimes and I can explain to them why the decision was made or change my decision if they make a point to it.
