The most important part about being a nanny...
I know parents have a busy life, and kids need structure and guidance, but I find it important to not just aid them physically as they get older, but enrich them to foster internal growth, of who they are. I aim to find opportunities to steer them towards maturity, understanding themselves, and others.
I also want to give peace of mind to the parents, so they can be fruitful in their work or private life. It can be hard to juggle so many things, I can at least help relieve the load.

My experience with special needs children...
I have personal experience, having ADHD and Autism level 1. I have learned how to work through my own issues, to regulate, and to assist my own children that are similar to me to function. I have an idea of the struggles someone with special needs goes through, and with empathy and compassion, I will treat any other child with understanding, grace, patience, and love.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Aside from my own children, I have helped some families with their childcare. I've learned more about the children and we would simply end up being friends with each other. When I was a young adult, I watched one child that didn't want me to leave, and he said he felt seen and heard. With boundaries, orderliness, empathy, and having a willing ear, I earned many smiles from the children I've been with.
