More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have over 8 years of childcare experience in the United States caring for children from 1 month to 10 years old. I also worked as a private tutor for elementary and high school students and volunteered with children and adults with autism at SOVENIA in Venezuela. My background in Pharmacy and neuroscience has helped me better understand child development, behavior, and emotional regulation.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy reading books, arts and crafts, sensory activities, outdoor play, visits to the library, music, baking, educational games, and helping children learn through everyday experiences. I love creating fun and safe activities that support each child’s development.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is building a trusting relationship with both the children and their parents. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, respected, and supported. My goal is always to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and be happy.

My experience with special needs children...

I have over 2.5 years of experience working with children and adults on the autism spectrum through SOVENIA (Venezuelan Society for Children and Adults with Autism), a specialized organization dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.

During this time, I worked with individuals across all levels of the autism spectrum, supporting their social, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. This experience taught me the importance of patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, and individualized care.

My background in Pharmacy and neuroscience has also given me a deeper understanding of child development, behavior, and emotional regulation, allowing me to provide thoughtful, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate care for every child.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a child I cared for take their first independent steps after months of encouragement and support. Being part of those important milestones and seeing children gain confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

Rebeca P. - Seeking Work in Miami

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Miami, FL: Rebeca P.

Dear Family,

My name is Rebeca Pazmino. I am a caring, responsible nanny with four years of childcare experience. I have cared for children of different ages and am comfortable supervising multiple children at once.

In my most recent position, I cared for five children, including twins. I prepared meals, helped with baths and daily routines, organized their spaces, and kept them safe and engaged. I also traveled with the family during vacations to provide childcare. This experience taught me to follow kosher food and household guidelines and to respect each family's traditions and parenting preferences.

I am patient, dependable, organized, and attentive. I speak native Spanish and conversational English, and I have reliable transportation. I would love to learn more about your family and how I can help.

Thank you all.
Warmly,
Rebeca Pazmino
