As a child I flourished when being surrounded by the influences of adults who loved and leaned into the magic of childhood. Being creative and imaginative was always more fun when others around me leaned into that and created a space for me to explore life with safety and excitement. As I grow older, the yearning in me to be that for the little ones I see around me has only grown. Being there to see their growth and even be a small part of building their character and minds is what makes me so happy to do this job. As someone who's inner child still lives strong, I strive to do my best to understand your child and be a trustworthy, positive impact in their development as childhood is so important. More about me; I personally love the outdoors, cooking, art, and reading. I am happy to do light housekeeping. I have 6 years of babysitting experience independently of assisting my step-mom with her in home daycare I have been a children's art teacher for kiddos between ages 3-15, both on the spectrum and not for approximately 3.5 years in which I was responsible for leading classes with up to 13 children at a single time leading me to feel very comfortable with multiple children households.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I most enjoy allowing them to lead playtime with their imaginations and leaning into their interests while cultivating loving and positive attitudes. Other activities I enjoy on a nanny and personal level are being creative with crafts and activities, playing outdoors/being active, involve them in cooking and cleaning procedures, and reading!

My experience with special needs children...

Have worked with and had the pleasure in teaching (on a long-term weekly basis) both high and low functioning autistic children, and young adults with down syndrome.
