I cared for a class with special needs in high school and assisted with their exercise and assignments. As well as having a dance party to celebrate their achievements.

It’s very hard to narrow it down to just one, I love each and every kid I have cared for over the years. They are all different and unique in their own way, but if I had to I would talk about when I finally got one of my special needs student out of her shell. She was very quiet and timid but around me she would always get excited and was a whole new person. I love her very much and helped her slowly come out her shell and make friends around the school. Now she has great friend who she spends lunches with and hangs out with outside of school. And I still keep in touch till this day.
