A little bit about me

I began babysitting when I was 15 and quickly found my passion for child care while I worked in early elementary my senior year of high school. Once I graduated high school, I worked at YMCA as an after school counselor where I implemented learning games into our daily activities as well as sectioning out time for K-5 homework help. On top of work, I was a volunteer tutor for 5th grade in all academic areas. In 2021, I graduated with a bachelors degree in Educational Studies in Elementary Education. During my bachelors degree, I worked in an elementary school through the DoD on a military instillation. I have a lot of experience working one on one with children in every subject. I am a big believer in making child care fun and interactive. I have experience with ages 12 all the way down to infants. If it is nice outdoors, I am a big fan of outdoor games and activities. Indoors, I have a few games and crafts up my sleeve to keep the excitement going!
