The most crucial aspect of being a nanny is building a strong and trusting relationship with the children under your care. Effective communication, active listening, and genuine engagement create a nurturing environment where children feel secure and valued. Balancing love and discipline while promoting a safe and stimulating atmosphere contributes to the overall well-being and positive development of the children you're responsible for as a nanny.

Some of the children I work with are on a much different level than the rest of the kids. You have to have much more patient, empathy, and individualized attention.
