For two summers I have volunteered as a camp counselor at The Benjamin School for the children's film camp. Here I worked with children in both middle and elementary school. This was a really fun experience as I helped children make their own short parody films of actual movies. When not working with the children on script writing and filming, we would play fun card games, video games and any imaginary games we came up with.
For two summers I babysat for a family in my neighborhood. I watched and took care of three children (two boys and a girl) while their mother and father were working at home and running errands from time to time. Some of the fun activities I did with the kids were going fishing, searching for cool bugs and lizards outside, swimming in their pool, reading books, drawing and doing crafts, and playing together with their bearded dragon. In this role I also fed them lunch from time to time and would prepare them snacks.
