Then I worked on and off for about three years, first as a mother's helper and then as a part-time nanny. I have since gotten first aid/ CPR certified but 2 years have gone by so I need to get it renewed. I can still walk, stand and carry when I need to, I just can't be walking and carrying nonstop for too long(Maybe 10 minutes carrying until I need to sit for a minute or 20 minutes walking/pushing a stroller before needing a break).
