More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love keeping kids engaged with fun, safe, and creative activities that match their age and interests. Some of my favorite things to do with children include arts and crafts, coloring, painting, and building projects that help encourage creativity and imagination. I also enjoy reading books together, helping with homework, and playing educational games that support learning.
For active kids, I love outdoor play such as going for walks, playing games outside, and doing fun movement activities when weather and safety allow. I also enjoy pretend play, board games, puzzles, and sensory activities, especially for younger children.
When caring for children with special needs, I focus on patience, structure, and activities that help them feel comfortable, included, and confident. Most importantly, I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where every child feels happy and cared for.

My experience with special needs children...
I have hands-on experience working with children who have special needs through my time in a daycare setting. I understand that every child is different, and I always approach each child with patience, kindness, and respect. I am comfortable following routines, using calm redirection, and adapting activities to meet each child’s individual needs and abilities.
I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children feel understood and accepted. I believe children with special needs should be treated with the same love and care as any other child, and I take pride in making sure they feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged. I am attentive, gentle, and willing to learn what works best for each child and family.
