A little bit about me

Hi there…working with children is where I have found my most happiness. I have raised 3 children of my own. I have been so lucky to have helped families these last 8 years with their children ranging from newborn up to 12yrs old. I value supportive relationships with the parents so we can collaborate and ensure the best care for the children.
My journey with childcare began when I received a job as a preschool aide. The role was so fun that I decided to get my early childhood units so I could be the main teacher…it was the BEST job.
Safety is one of my main priorities. I have a keen awareness of the child’s activities and surroundings at all times. A second priority is being reliable. I understand that the parents have obligations and how important it is to be on-time and reliable. I hardly ever “call in sick”. Lastly, I am always in teaching mode even though you may not know it.
