A little bit about me

Hi there! My name is Anniya I am new to Nanny lane however , I have been babysitting and looking after relatives for a lifetime. I believe the foundation to the success of any child is having positive social skills reinforced, and having stimulating experiences. Such as seeing the world around them, being read to each and every day. Not only because it's the number one indicator of a child's future academic success, but also because it inflames curiosity in a child. That last and is beneficial for a lifetime. I work best with children 2-5 years of age because I enjoy seeing those developmental milestones right before my eyes. I am able to help a household with light housekeeping, meal preparation, gardening, and again reinforcing prosocial behavior. My hobbies include: knitting, reading, the French language, skateboarding, anything arts related, and playing the sims to name a few. I hope to be a great addition to the lives of the children I babysit.
