The most important part about being a nanny is the you are there for the children. You are uncharged incharge of making sure they are fed, happy and just taken care of. The children are the most important part.
My experience with special needs children...
I have not gotten the opportunity to watch a special needs child but in my freshman year I did take a class that’s was just helping with the special need center and getting to know them. Learning how to calm them down if anything happened and I learned how to communicate with special need children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
my favorite moment while nannying was probably when I had this little girl and I was also dog sitting her puppy. She could not sleep with out her puppy so I put him in there with her. It got quiet and I had hoped she fell asleep but her and the puppy had ripped everything out of the diaper bag and threw it everywhere. It was very surprising but hilarious!
