I've had the opportunity to support children with special needs I take the time to understand each child's unique preferences and dislikes, and adapt my communication style to meet their individual needs.
For children with Autism and Sensory Processing Disorders, I focus on creating a supportive environment that allows them to engage in activities they enjoy while gently encouraging them to try new things, I build trust and help them feel more comfortable and confident.

Working with children with ADHD has also given me valuable insight. I establish a daily routine is essential for helping these children stay organized and focused. Visual schedules and checklists can be especially helpful in providing a sense of structure and predictability. I believe in involving children in all aspects of daily life, whether it's cooking, baking, or other activities. By giving them hands-on opportunities to participate and contribute, It’s important to develop life skills and build their confidence.

I used to work with this family and their child went off to daycare and I thought the child forgot who I was but the second he saw me his face lit up and he came straight to me it was just the most pure and rewarding moment.
