A little bit about me

Hello, my name is April, but you can call me Celena; I recently moved to Florida 2 weeks ago; from Texas, but Iv lived in a small town in Nebraska most of my life. I have Nanny experience with ages (0-9 years of age) Iv been working with babies/children for 30+ years and have raised 3 children and 1 still home; and have 5 Grandbabies. I enjoy watching children learn, explore and grow at their own pace. I am a nurturing Mother and any child in my care; wether their mine or not, gets loved on and nurtured in every way possible. I’m huge on safety and making sure children are active and doing what they do best; playing, interaction and learning while doing so. I also do some light house keeping; but only when it has to do with the children. I’m not a housekeeper or a cook; although it’s no big deal to put together or make sure the children have their snack or even a simple lunch put together. I have great references also, if needed. I always pass background checks, no problem there.

To me the most important part of being a Nanny, is being the present, loving, caring, kind and safe adult in the home, while Mom and Dad are not. I do my best to keep the children under my care, safe and well taken care of; like my own.
