I was a Teachers help Aid when I was in school. This included reading to younger students and helping with autistic middle school students as well (helping with homework, lunch ect)

The most important part about being a nanny...
Having fun with the kids! I look at them as family not a job! I always make sure to help clean up and that the kids are safe. Also Making sure they have fun!, but also getting homework done.
My experience with special needs children...
I was a “helper buddy” a few days a week in school for my special needs classmate. This included helping with homework or just sitting and talking with them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I was about 14 I was babysitting a 6 year old and a 8 year old and we went to the beach and had a great time. I even got to show them a local museum which they loved probably more than the swimming !!
