i wanna be completely upfront, i have never applied to be a nanny but ive watched and cared after numerous of my family, friends & other relatives children. 0-16 years i was raised by a real good mother & grandmother so naturally " parenting " is in my nature.

My experience with special needs children...
i've never cared for a special needs chilz, but im not a panicy guy, i know what to do to card for someone who is disabled as long as its explained to me in depth, i grew up around foster kids who were disabled & we collectively as a family would care after children/ adults who were our chosen family.
