The most important thing about being a nanny is forming a connection with each and every child and parent so that everyone is in a comfortable environment the whole time. Also I need to be able to take critiquement from parents so that I can work with your child the very best.
My experience with special needs children...
I have taken care of people with autism, down syndrome and people who are deaf, I know multiple signs and I am still learning, while I am not REALLY fluent I will take time to write on paper if communion is not working.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have had many good and bad nanny moments but my favorite,and the one that stuck out to me most is when I taught the child there whole alphabet and their parents were so happy.
