While I do not have a license at this point I do have ways of transportation. The most important part about being a nanny...

I find one of the most important parts of being a nanny wouldnt just be making sure they are taken care of (although that is a main priority). But I would be the bond you grow with the kids and the influence you leave. Ive always loved not only learning more about the kids but the parents to!

My experience with special needs children...

One of my cousins who I watched when he was ages 2-7 had a form of autism that led him to be partially nonverbal and prone to meltdowns. However I find that he was a delight and grew to be one of his safe people. I often helped him when he was overwhelmed and made him various snacks that wouldn't trigger his sensory issues.
