My nephew has autism and never have a problem with watching him. All you really need is patient and understanding. We also go out and do activities or if we’re home, we’ll cook and watch movies.

A sweet moment was when donuts were bought for the children and I came in when they were gone and one of the children saved me half of theirs but I told them thank you and that they can eat it. :)
