A little bit about me

I am a mom of 2 with a 8 year old boy starting 2nd grade and a 13 year old girl. I am certified in Basic Life Support (CPR, AED and First Aid). I took the 15 hour Childcare Pre-licensing course and universal precautions class through Red Rocks Community College, along with a medication administration course. I am formerly a Registered Behavior Technician for children with autism or neuro-divergent. My most recent nanny job was for a family with a 4 month old who I was with since April 2020 up to August of 2021. I do still keep in contact with them and help as needed. I am currently looking for something less than 40hrs currently or open to 3-4 longer days. Additionally, I can be available for date nights or occasional weekends.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a gymnastics coach for all ages from just walking to 18 years old for over 10 years. I was a BASE leader and Student monitor for Adams12 school district. Currently working towards being a substitute teacher. I also was recently a Registered Behavior Technician for ABA Therapy. Additionally, My mom was an in-home daycare provider, so I grew up around children of all ages and personalities. I also have 2 children of my own, 8yrs and 13yrs. For 2 and a half years I provided childcare in-home while my son grew to preschool age.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing outdoor activities with the kids. We like taking walks, going to the park, riding bikes, ect. I also enjoy reading books, doing crafts and baking/cooking.
