Hi, I'm Ashlyn and I'm 26 years old. I'm currently a Medical Assistant for a local doctors office so I'm looking for the occasional weekend babysitting jobs. I've worked as a preschool teacher in the past for multiple age groups including infants all the way to 4 years olds. I have babysat on many occasions ages ranging from 2 years old to 17 years old and was also a Nanny for 2 girls ages 2 and 4. I've been a preschool teacher, a full time nanny, and have baby sat.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love getting the kids to have fun and play outside, as long as the weather isn't too crazy by riding bikes/tricycles or even setting up and running through a sprinkler. When we play indoors I tend to try and stay away from the television, and play with toys. I'm a big believer with learning as we play, whether it be counting or sometimes I even like to look up facts on the toys with play with. Like if we are playing with dinosaurs telling them the dinosaurs names, and what they like to eat.

Making sure that the child(ren) are cared for, and loved is my first priority.

There are too many moments to choose from, but all of then had to do with the kids growing and learning. Like the first time they get all of their colors right. Or when they tell their parents all about the things they learned that day, without realizing they were learning.
