I volunteered as an afterschool counselor at my brother’s elementary school all throughout high school and did a lot of babysitting in college. I also worked for a company that did babysitting during weddings, religious events, business meetings, etc.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Painting! I love arts and crafts and I took up acrylic painting during the pandemic! I also want to get into sewing, crochet, etc. Again, I love crafts!

The most important part about being a nanny...
I think being able to not only discipline but teach children is key to me. It’s one thing to tell a child to do something but it’s another to explain why to them and express that you’re doing what is both best and safest for them. I try to do that for any of my kids.

My favorite many moment was when I was able to get a notoriously fussy and sleepless baby down in less than an hour. It felt good to be able to calm such a small child down to rest.
