I am a licensed and experienced special education teacher, and I’ve also had coursework in gifted education. I have taught many students over the years from Kindergarten—12th grade, and I have two teenage children of my own. I am new to the area, and I’m looking for occasional work while I job hunt. I am passionate about reading, libraries, and children’s literature. I also think that it’s important for children to spend time engaged in creative play and also to spend time outside. I’ve taken CPR a number of times, but my license is not current.
