Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
My senior year of high school I did a consortium program for careers in education. In my program I had 3/6 of my class hours at the local elementary school where I was a cadet teacher in a kindergarten class one semester and a first grade class the other. After Covid quarantine I began working as a nanny/ caregiver for a family with two kiddos ages 10&13. The 13 year old child was disabled and non verbal meaning she was 100% dependent on care! Some of my responsibilities for that position including doing the feeding tube for meals, showering NK, light housekeeping, recreational therapy, and aqua therapy. I recently in January began working with a new family who are amazing but due to scheduling and future plans we may be a fit anymore! They have a 2 year old kiddo who is a ball of energy! Some of my responsibilities for my position include pick up& drop off, field trips to parks, pools & libraries, potty training, gentle parenting, and meal prep.

I enjoy being outside a lot so activities like swimming, going on walks, parks, field trips. I also love to do arts and crafts no matter the type.
