The most important part about being a nanny is making sure that the kids are safe and happy. These parents trust to leave their kids alone with you so you have to do whatever it takes to make sure those babies are protected. Make sure the child/children feel loved and are happy!

I have experienced with special needs kids considering my little brother has special needs. I have also babysat a mutual friends child who was also on the spectrum but I am not certified.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is when I took two of the children I babysat to a trampoline park and they had the best time! Or when I brung a bunch of water balloons, water guns, etc and me and the kids had a water day!
