The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was on my first day with a little girl I cared for who was an only child. While we were playing with magnet tiles, she asked to do my nails, and I let her. She was so happy and proud, and it really helped her open up and feel comfortable with me. It was a simple moment, but it showed me how quickly trust can build through play and patience.
