Hi, I'm Awa Modi, a junior studying business management. Originally from Belgium, I moved to the US in 2018. In high school, I participated in sports like basketball, golf, and volleyball, as well as extracurricular activities like drama and math clubs, shaping my leadership skills and resilience.

Transitioning to life in the U.S. wasn't easy, especially after my mother was deported, but it forced me to mature quickly and take charge of my own destiny. Despite facing challenges like bullying and language barriers, I persevered and used my experiences to empower other women to pursue their dreams.
Securing an internship with JPMorgan Chase & Co. this summer in their Corporate Analyst Development Program is a proactive step towards my career goals.
