In addition to babysitting, I also volunteered as a lifeguard assistant at Bottineau Swimming pool last summer. I was an instructor during swim lessons level 1 and 2. I also monitored kids to ensure their safety at the pool. This was Monday through Friday from 9am-1pm

My experience with special needs children...
I have organized events for special need students at my school such as Unified Thanksgiving. In addition, I volunteered for a season of Unified Baseball. In the month of march, every Wednesday from 5-6pm I would help ensure the safety of the players and promote a positive environment. I would also go to their games to encourage them from the sidelines.
