In addition to my clinical/in-home experience, I have volunteered in a church nursery, supporting young children in a nurturing environment. I also have hands on experience babysitting for family members, which has strengthened my ability to build trust, provide care, and adapt to different ages and needs.

I love taking walks and going to the park with children. I also enjoy planning fun activities such as movie nights and outings to places like Urban Air, Shenaniganz, and Chuck E. Cheese, creating memorable experiences that children look forward to.

To me, the most important part of caregiving is being exactly what each child needs, supporting them in a way that helps them make real progress while also creating long-lasting, positive memories.

I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum, as well as supporting family members with Down syndrome. Much of my work has focused on helping individuals build independence, particularly in daily living activities, so they can develop the confidence and skills to thrive.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I worked with a family that had two young boys on the autism spectrum who struggled with staying seated. Through consistent support and practice, I helped them build the skills needed to remain seated. Eventually, the family was able to sit together on the couch and enjoy a movie for the very first time, an experience that meant so much to them and showed the progress we had made.
