The most important part about being a nanny...
I am a unique childcare provider in the way that I empathize with children. My keen observation of the way they interact with their surroundings, their parents or with other children helps me to decide the best practices to help them thrive and anticipate their needs. Art is a big part of my life and I think it can serve as a reference point for being creative with developmentally appropriate practices, activities and learning experiences. My ideal childcare job is one where I have fun yet create meaningful experiences for young children that can play a part in carrying them through life with confidence and empathy. I also enjoy utilizing my creative attributes through music, art, and language to broaden a child's understanding of the world and themselves. Providing rich, diverse experiences is something that I believe shapes a person's perception of the world and helps to drive their own motivations, whether big or small.
