One of my favorite moments was with a little girl at camp who barely spoke the first few days. We started making friendship bracelets together, and by the end of the week, she was laughing, playing, and even teaching the other kids how to make them too. Watching her come out of her shell and knowing I helped make her feel safe and seen—that meant a lot to me.
