The most important part of being a nanny is too be someone a family can rely on for help with their kid/kids and to help with their learning to social and mental health, and to be someone a kid can feel comfortable with. being a nanny isn't all about just taking care of a kid or kids, it's more about gaining that trust and respect with them and building a strong connection with you and your child.

I have two sisters they have autism, though I haven't gotten to spend much time with them due to certain circumstances with my father. I have always caught myself helping out teachers with certain special needs kids.
