I have spent a total of 300+ hours with children of all ages. At fifteen, I oversaw a youth choir group with children ages 5-12. During high school, I did part-time nannying for two children (5 years old and 11 years old). After entering college, I completed several hours of fieldwork in middle school and high school settings, and am currently finishing my Spring internship.

I like to foster an environment of creativity and education. Singing, playing the piano, arts and crafts, creative writing, and outdoor play are all wonderful ways of promoting self-exploration and critical thinking! I am a big believer in learning through play!

The most important part of being a nanny is to be a support system for the whole family. My job is to make your life easier while promoting your child's well-being and social/emotional development. It's also important to help find opportunities in everyday life to promote constant education!

Although this experience was during babysitting, I enjoyed helping little Stella practice for her ballet recital, reminding me that I am most definitely not cut out to be a dancer.
